Very clean. The maid service was 10/10. Comfy beds, great location. The drawback… the windows are very not soundproof and it was very loud. We didn’t sleep great. There was also some weird middle of the night construction happening across the street (no fault of the hotel) that didn’t help. Ending ...

Empire Hotel
We had a wonderful time at the Empire Hotel. We checked in so easily and were even upgraded to a suite!! I could not believe how kind Aerial was at the front desk. The hotel is so convenient to everything ! Walking distance to Central Park and Lincoln Center. Will stay here again on our next visit ...
