Downtown Newburyport

This is a very nice property and host, in a perfect location to the water and downtown restaurants and shops. Highly recommend staying here!!

Great getaway

The rental was charming and walking distance to everything. It was wonderful having parking on site. The house was very comfortable and cute. Highly recommend.

Nice Details!

We only stayed one night, but would return to stay at this property for a longer stay. Loved the little details, books, record player, jacuzzi. Clean and well kept. Easy walking distance to shops and waterway.

Lovely Newburyport Stay

My family and I stayed one night in this fabulous house. It was absolutely perfect. It was walking distance to the downtown, which was exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I enjoyed coffee together in the morning while listening to the record played and reading those adorable husband & wife “little books”. What a perfect addition. We will definitely be back!

Such a perfect house

This house was just perfect. It was well appointed, thoughtfullyy designed, historical, close to town and close to the water walkway and just overall really comfortable. The bedding felt luxurious and the linens were generous. If you’re not an early to rise kind of person, you might want to bring an mask for your eyes, because the skylights will get you up early.
