“They need to clean the carpets or better yet, get rid of them. The Ramada chain could do so much better. The first room we went into was disgusting and stained everywhere. Two stars is generous, for the cleanliness. The staff made it okay. We were able to go to a slightly better room. It’s not worth the money.”

The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were helpful even though I arrived a little earlier than the official check-in time. Parking was in reserved spots within a public parkade, but the hotel had its own dedicated elevator, and there were plenty of parking spaces set aside for hotel guests.
