"Excellent location, rooms face out looking over the river, very close to lots of restaurants, bars and the shops. Lovely walk along the quayside. Rooms spacious and clean and lovely seating areas to enjoy a lovely drink with a fabulous view. "

"Everything was okay. Staff are very welcoming. Close to the city centre. Area around the hotel lets it down a little bit. But it's ok. Not sure about the hotel reception area lends itself to an entrance to a call centre I think but the staff are no problem. Good free car park is an advantage. Breakfast bag is ok. Nothing flash but ok. "

"Central location opposite railway station and close to shops etc. Room was generous and clean, although as the duvet was thin and the room temperature setting did not correlate with actual room temperature, an extra blanket would have been useful. The car park where a discount is offered is a 10min walk away and this would have been useful to know when booking."
