「Parking passes not given drove around for an hr trying to park car ended up in a far away area not secure. Found out later they were in a drawer at end of hallway the day we were leaving 😡 Phoned caretaker when we got there he never answered so people age 75 had to carry heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs」

「Should provide toothpaste, toothbrush and mouthwash, floss」

Door closed, call emercency no, learned that I have been transferred to ABBA INN on Queen's Road ?? again door locked & no enveloppe with the keys for the door and for the room, long wait outside on the street, lost my evening waiting for help, finally a russian person gave me a key for room 6 in ABBA INN.」

「The location is terrific and within walking distance of the old downtown of St. John's. The room was spotless and the view was spectacular. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. My only gripe was that the guest laundry was not working while we were there and that caused a little bit of an inconvenience to find a laundromat that was open on the weekend. Other than that, the stay was so good that we extended it for another night.」
