“The owners were wonderful with communication. The house was very clean and well kept up . The front of the house was beautiful with garden for privacy . They got back to us super promptly with any questions. Close to Burbank and Hollywood and only hour and half away from Disney .”

“We loved the Skyhill Oasis and how much space it provided. The hot tub with the outside TV was a great addition. The quiet residential area was a welcome contrast to the hustle and bustle of LA and the traffic. Universal is surprisingly close by, and the Getty and Griffith Observatory just short drives. “View is gorgeous It’s definitely a hike up there and rough roads but they tell you that ahead of time so we were prepared. I do wish it was a little more updated in the rooms. It felt very bare and minimal and needs a couple touches. The upstairs neighbors were very loud and sounded like they were throwing stuff around all night. But we had a comfortable and pleasant stay otherwise. The view is wonderful”

“Fantastic time at this property. Hiked every morning including to Griffith Observatory (w no driving). Afternoons in pool/hot tub. 2 block walk to Gelsons for groceries; safe cute neighborhood. Short evening ubers to Hllywd Bowl, Dolby, Greek for shows. Pool needed bit of cleaning when we arrived but cleaners showed up so quickly. Fantastic experience. We would rent again!”

Decor and furnishings are a little dated but comfortable. One listing mentioned a first floor bedroom and a loft. Actually two large bedrooms with balconies, but both are at bottom of a long stair (parking and entry and living area on 2nd floor.)
