Host was welcoming, gave great directions for finding location and the check in process. His son and wife were pleasant and also offered assistance if needed. We hope they will welcome us again as the location is perfect for visiting our son and family who live in Santa Clarita.」

「Beautiful property and very nice host. I wish I had known the guest house was directly behind the owner's home. Less privacy than we would have liked but very, very nice. The property is secure, quiet, and safe. Absolutely gorgeous setting with the pool and hot tub.My only recommendation is to clean the inside of the washer. The front loader is full of mold/mildew but they are very nice and we used them.Thank you for a great stay.」

「We had a couple issues during our stay, however they were handled in a timely manner. The location was probably the best part about it. We were able to walk to the majority of our destinations during the week. Communication with the host was excellent. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend staying in an upstairs unit due to the noise from other renters. For the price, location and staff, I would recommend staying.」

The location was great, as it is very near Balboa Park, the venue for the reunion. We arrived to a clean, easy to access home, with plenty of room and a beautiful back patio. "All staffs are nice and helpful. The rooms are too small when the room rates not cheap comparatively. Amenities are too old and not up to date, like the hair dryer, I wonder why the cord is so short not even 12” in length, really the 1st time I saw the shortest cord during all my travels. The plugs for charger are too slow, I need few hours time to finish charging my phones.. not really happy with the facilities of the hotel. My only appreciation is the staffs of all staffs."
