I would definitely stay here again, me and my family had an amazing time here, clean and comfortable, has everything you need, this place did not disappoint, and the ocean is literally steps away.. I loved this place

The place was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was very comfortable and the awesome water pressure in the master bedroom is worth special mention. The proximity to the beach was perfect and having the convenience store so close made getting snacks a breeze. Well done!

Nice beach location.

Nice beach location just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute walk to Barone’s Italian restaurant. It is near near dog beach, biking trails, and cute shopping areas in Newport and Huntling Beach. Check in was a bit frustrating as we had to wait 40 minutes post the scheduled check in time to get settled in the unit as they were still cleaning up from the prior stay.

Excellent location

We had an amazing trip celebrating my daughter's birthday with our family. This home is right across from the beach, and has a coffee shop, several restaurants, and a mini mart within very short walking distance. The location is perfect! The home was clean and had all the items we needed to enjoy our stay. Our interactions with the staff were polite and thorough, and we truly enjoyed our vacation. Would definitely recommend this spot.

Great beach house in Newport

My family really enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was located at a very nice middle point between Huntington Beach, and Balboa. Contact with the host agency was really good. We also appreciated the beach accessories that were on site and the garage access. The only hang up was a check in 90 minutes past the check in time with some sleepy kiddos. Overall great experience.

Close to the beach

This is a bottom floor of a two story house, we never heard the tenants upstairs. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. House sleep plenty of people comfortably with a nice sitting patio out front. Walk to the beach was easy even while carrying items. Nice to have the garage area to store items and even has beach items for use. Great stay would stay again!

Cute little townhome

We enjoyed our stay, no complaints. It's a townhome arrangements so a bit tight and garage not connected to the home. But that's alright. Location was close to Huntington Pier and Balboa fun. Beach access but not really for swimming. There was a TV in every room so my kids liked that, and modern glass furniture. The beds were doubles not queens.

Great stay close to the beach!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Dave's property. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items, there was plenty of room, and there were beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys that we were able to utilize. The property is very close to the beach, a delicious Italian restaurant and a convenience store. Great stay in Newport!

So close to the beach!

This was a very easy property to book, check into, and use. It’s a block from the beach and you can find almost everything within walking distance. Parking was tight, but we never had to walk too far to the car. It was very cool to be able to bring my dogs!!

A few struggles

Area was great. Access to beach amazingly close. Patio drain needs repair and caused injury. BBQ had a missing piece. Room A/C needed to have bucket emptied several times, we were not advised we needed to do so. For the rate paid I expected a bit higher end. Supplies were limited.
