Staff was really nice. The uniqueness of the hotel made it special. Good breakfast in the morning. I had a flight cxl and couldn’t get there until the next day, so, they changed arrival with no problem. Great location, walking distance to wharf and all the restaurants, etc.

The location is ideal . It’s also convenient that the breakfast is included , The property does not have elevator so this could be a problem for someone with mobility issues . The staff was nice , but I left a charger in my room and when I called asking if it was found they didn’t call me back and I had to follow up and was told housekeeping did not find it . I am sure it was there . It would have been nice if the Manager actually checked with them and return my call instead of me having to call back .

Front desk staff were so so friendly! They gave me lots of bandaids until I was able to get to CVS...lol. Gave great suggestions regarding the mansions and cliff walk. Extremely friendly!
