Christmas retreat

7 of us descended on Penninham House for Christmas and had a wonderful time. The staff were fantastic and super helpful even when we had to call at 21:00 due to a fallen tree!

Wonderful stay at Peningham Mid Lodge

We had a most amazing week at the mid lodge. easy booking and communicating to arrange a cot and high chair for the baby. Very spacious, comfortable cottage! beautiful kitchen, Nice size fridge/freezer, excellent setup with beds and 3 en-suite toilets [2 with shower]. nice size dining table to seat all of us comfortably! Calm and serene setting in the beautiful estate, yet close enough to Newton Stewart to be able to pop over to Aldi and Sainsbury's. Nearby Loch Trool, the Merrick climb, wood of Cree and so much more. I highly recommend this place! Thank you!

Lovely family stay

Great house with all the facilities we needed. Perfect for two generations - all on one level. Beautiful surroundings. And great communication regarding our stay.
