“We saw this abandoned old historic ammunition factory location years ago, and had noticed the redevelopment into residential units and a brewery. So when we saw an opportunity to stay there we couldn't resist. This apartment is outstanding, and considering the brewery and the trail beside the river we really enjoyed our stay.”

“My friend and I brought our moms on a Mother’s Day trip. This place was perfect. They both had their own bedrooms and my friend and I stayed out in the living room. The smaller couch is a pull out bed and the other is a futon. I slept on the futon, which I wouldn’t recommend unless necessary, because it has really hard spots in it that hurt. The bathroom supplies were plentiful and nice quality. The ice machine on the frig doesn’t work, but the kitchen was fully functional. Overall it was a nice……

“The location could not have been better and the property has so much room. The bathrooms were very nice. AC, TVs, appliances, WiFi all worked without fail, as well as the laundry appliances. The beds were so comfortable and linens and towels were good. We had a good time playing cards on the porch every evening. If the owner would replace the funky carpet upstairs, it would be perfect!”

“My daughter and I had such a lovely stay at this cozy studio situated on a beautiful farm! We were traveling for an event at Lake Harsha and this apartment was only about 15 minutes away from our event and perfect for two people. The host was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I recommend this property!”

“Suggest getting rid of August App. It didn’t work and delayed our check in significantly. The shower head needs replacing in the loft shower. The main level shower is very slow to drain. There were no additional blankets and pillows available in the loft. The property manager was slow to respond and had some difficulty finding my reservation. We greatly appreciated the cleanliness and the unit design.”

“Nice location, very cute property. We did bring our dog who is a non shedder, it seems lots of shedding pets have visited as rugs and couch are covered in fur. Walls are super thin so if you are noise conscious something to be aware of, but overall very quiet and charming place to stay! We would definitely visit and stay here again, such a cool loft vibe!”
