“the area was perfect, no noise, quiet neighborhood, you don't even know that you have neighbors, I stayed for the weekend with my wife, we went to the riverboat ride, and also the Cincinnati zoo , It was close to both, Restaurants all around, The Host Jeanne has a book detailing everything, The house itself, has hardwood floors and woodworking throughout the house, her flowerbed, is relaxing. It has a covered front porch, and a back deck, Actually, I think we underpaid her for the property,……

“The house was drafty, the front upstairs bedroom had NO heat going to it, there is no insulation so the floors are freezing and the laundry was in the dungeon of a basement. The leaky toilet was obvious since there was blue on the toilet and floor & there was no hot water for showers. There needs to be more than one tv in the house and needs to have basics like a hairdryer & pam spray with some basic spices. The back bedroom’s bed is hard as a rock. “Ideal location near Historic district of Loveland. We were able to take lovely walks to the scenic Miami bike trail. The house had everything we needed and the host was quick to respond to questions.”
