Accused us of theft and made us pay!

As we checked out the staff accused us of stealing a small bath towel which of course we did not do. They ‘searched’ the room and couldn’t find this extra towel which we didn’t even know existed and when we explained we did not have it and even offered to empty our backpacks for them to see, they would not give our passports back until we paid for it. Ridiculous situation which left us furious. It was obviously a scam, do not stay here!

Great location! The staff were friendly especially at the pool, they spoke great English and gave us some tips on where to go around Nha Trang! They helped us book everything and organised our taxis for us! The value for money was excellent :)

不管是软硬件条件都是较差的三星水准，怎么就挂个四星了？在一个大巴无法进去的小巷子里，周边环境较差，大堂很小，酒店也不大，很小的一栋。早餐尚可，游玩方便。

Good value and convenient location

Great value with good location, just 5 mins walk to the beach. Easy to find places to eat nearby. The room is clean and tidy though one side of rooms do not have any views but facing the wall of another building. The other side have city view. Breakfast is good and adequate.

Money for value: Bit too expensive. Swimming too small, actually it is not necessary a facility for the hotel of such size and it is so close to the beach! Safe box inside the rooms of two I booked have a easy guess passwood of 123456 no matter of what combination you been set.

Never Again!

The hotel entrance is in a messy back lane that it took a while for us to find the way in. The room was clean and spacious. We stayed for 3D2N. However, our toiletries was gone on the 2nd day when we came back at night. When we reported to the front desk, we were upset by the attitude of the hotel staff. He put the blame on us for not keeping our toiletries in the Safe!

Great place, excellent value

This is a very new hotel, a block off the beach in the centre of everything. Ocean views are disappearing as the new buildings closer to the beach are built up. Breakfast was great, staff were super friendly and helpful (very tip worthy). The rooftop pool was absolutely incredible. Nice pool, not crowded at all, fabulous views all around, and with a little bar to sell you drinks.

tough to beat the price and location

The rooms were very tidy and the staff were all very outgoing. Service with a smile every day. The location is perfect if you are wanting to be near everything and still have some peace and quiet as it is located on a quiet street. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone

I booked this hotel as 1/ it was just recently opened 2/looks neat and modern in the photos 3/good location. I booked deluxe room which according to the photos had opening windows with some view and even a balcony door. The photo of the hotel also represents it as a stand alone building. But in fact only 3 rooms on each floor have a view of the street (local slums), and the other 3 sides of the hotel are wall-to-wall construction. When I was shown to my room on the tenth floor, I was shocked that the so-called view is a concrete wall of another hotel, with a terrible smell of concrete and dust. Asked for another room, and it was exactly the same (just a lower floor). Finally, after 3 calls to the manager, the reception agreed to allocate me a superior triple room which faced the street (and it turned out that from 4 am you have to listen to the rooster screams, and dogs barking all night). The pool on the roof which looks so inviting in the photos was covered in dirt and waste, and wasn't completed. The breakfast is passable, but only Vietnamese food is available. The worst past is the area - the hotel is surrounded by 4 -5 construction sites, some of them in the initial stage, so I believe for another year you would have to listen to construction drilling,smell the concrete and breath the dust.

생긴지 얼마 안되어 깔끔~

생긴지 일주일 되었다고 하더라구요!! 어쩐지 좀 체계가 안잡혀있더라구요~ 하지만 그만큼 시설이 깨끗해서 좋았구요, 다만 옆에서 공사하는 건물이 있어서 아침부터 공사하는 소리에 잠이 깼다는.. 조식도 이틀머무는데 메뉴가 바뀌니 좋았습니다. bar 와 gym, spa가 여전히 공사중이었어서 이용이 불가능했고 어제 밤에서야 bar는 완성되었더군요. 수영장도 낮에 이용하려고 갔더니 공사하시는 남자분들 10명이나 바에 있어서 구경하듯 앉아계셔서 못하고 내려왔네요. 밤에 했는데 물이 상태가 안좋은지 피부에 뭐가 좀 났어요. 새로 생긴데에 물을 부어서 그런건가.. 싶기도 하고.. 전체적으로는 가격대비 깔끔하고 친절한편이라 만족했어요~
