"Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast wasn't a lot to brag about. Cereal, oatmeal, honeybun, yogurt, cereal bars, coffee. Once it was gone it was gone. But it felt safe and clean and very affordable. I would stay there again."

"Very nice small cabin on beautiful property. Very wet and rainy weather during our stay made some of the trails impassable and the river flooded over its banks, so we had no luck fishing. The cabin itself was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Our sons are 3, 6, 8, and 11. If they were any older there would not be enough room. Kids really enjoyed the hot tub and we made s’mores by the fire pit every night. Very nice place to stay, it’s close to a medium sized city so everything you need is nearby but it feels like you are way out in the country. We used this place as a launching point for trips into Springfield, Branson, and KC. Would recommend for small groups."

"This is an older hotel, but very clean. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. We were placed in a first floor room near an exit, so we could take our dog outside easily. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Great, inexpensive, dog-friendly hotel for an overnight stay while traveling."

"When i booked this hotel i was not aware it was under complete construction. We checked in on the side of the hotel at a makeshift desk. (Front desk guy was so nice and helpful!) We were informed we'd have to go to the hotel next door for breakfast. But to us this was no big deal. I think its nice they had an alternative for us, and it was only a parking lot walk away. I have to say though, even with all the construction going on, we never heard it, and our actual room was beautiful. Clean and spacious. We requested a roll away and it was at our door in less than 5 minutes. Even that was comfortable. I would most definately stay again. Dont let the construction steer you away. "
