Das Hotel ist nett,wenn man nur übernachten möchte.Leider kann mann nich gemütlich auf der Tarasse / Balkon sitzen da es dort sehr laut ist. Die Möbel/Betten sind in die Jahre gekommen und es ist leider auch nicht sehr sauber.Das Personal/ Rezeption ist super nett und behilflich.Wir haben dort nur geschlafen und das wunderschöne Südfrankreich erkundet.Für den Preis ganz in Ordnung.

Un accueil très chaleureux de la part de la directrice de la résidence. Un parking très appréciable. Une bien jolie piscine. La propreté était correcte, mais sans plus et quelque petits travaux pour maintenir le logement impeccable seraient nécessaires.

4 night rugby stay

4 of us stayed at the apartment for a long weekend, it was very easy to get in and out of Nice and Cannes. Train station close and main bus square round the courner. Some beautiful restaurants and shops to choose from and very close. Apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable.

Toller Kurzurlaub für kleines Geld

Wir waren 5 Tage in der Nebensaison (September) im Le Crystal und waren mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zufrieden. Unser Appartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern war groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und ordentlich. Der Poolbereich ist toll! Die Empfangsmitarbeiterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren zufrieden und würden wiederkommen!

Wonderful stay

Stayed for a week and was overall happy with everything. It is a great location and I would recommend Cagnes Sur Mer as a place to stay - it is a lovely little French town. However, the mattresses in the apartment were quite hard and uncomfortable and on that basis, I would not stay here again

appartement bien situé, équipement moyen, personnel très bien mais nous sommes très déçus sur le fait que la piscine était censée être ouverte depuis le 1 er avril (séjour effectué fin avril) et en arrivant à la piscine nous constatons qu'elle est fermée pour travaux jusqu'à mi-mai, nous aurions aimé être prévenus en amont car nous avions réservé ce logement pour la piscine.

Appartement très bien situé, résidence avec piscine très propre. Seul point négatif la propreté de l'appartement. Nous avons été obligé de le nettoyer entièrement à notre arrivé.

Bien pour l'emplacement , mais accès au garage Très !! étroit risque d'accrochage , appartement sale poussière de partout ( TV , tête de lit, chevet, sous le lit,canapé.... cheveux sur les couettes fournie..) pas de drap ni de serviette en supplément Pour 1 drap ou 1 serviette. Vraiment bizarre .Très Mauvaise isolation. Nous avons passer la soirée a nettoyer. L'appartement a été rendu bien plus propre quil ne l'était. Rideau jamais nettoyé depuis 1 siècle . En résumé, si vous apportez les draps couette et êtes prêt à nettoyer a votre arrivée cela peut être un bon compromis car petit prix pour 6pers et idéalement situé. Ps: pas de piscine car problème technique , le jacuzzi est aussi hors d'usage ,un tennis de table en terrasse non éclairée la nuit, ampoule exterieur ne fonctionne pas.

Residence très bien située. On peut visiter le vieux village, le bord de met et le musée Renoir en 1/4 heure 20 minutes à pied. Appartement pour 6 avec un grand salon cuisine, 2 grandes chambres avec grand placard, une grande terrasse + piscine et place de parking sous terrain. Les moins la salle de bain très petite, le confort du canapé convertible et la télévision trop petite.
