「We had a great night stay here as a family - the rooms are really incredible, staff can't do enough for you and were so great with our young kids. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because I felt the pictures on Expedia of all the greenery and trees surrounding the rooms isn't what it looked like in real life - maybe that's on me for the season we booked a stay (?) but we weren't up among the trees like I expected from the pics, more a stay on a hilltop. 「Was a bit disappointed with our stay here. I’d read that the rooms were a bit dated, but it was rundown in aspects as well. The window in our bathroom had a broken hinge, the towels were old and tattered, the faucet discoloured, but the worst part was the bugs in the room. There was an ant (?) infestation - they’d burrowed a few holes into the bathroom doorframe and they were coming in and out of them and we found them in various places around the room.
