「This hotel deserves zero stars if that were an option. It was a terrible experience, and here’s why: 1. Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. Worn-out Bedding: The bed linens were old and tattered, making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3. Unpleasant Odor: The room smelled damp and musty, reminiscent of an old, poorly ventilated house. 4. 「Great staff, beautiful pool. Incredible food in the restaurant. But the elevator is broken (and apparently has been for months). Looks like they have no plans to fix it, since we noticed the staff storing cleaning supplies in it. We had to move to a first floor room (from the Nyuri Penthouse Suite) when my husband got into an accident in Costa Rica and could no longer use the stairs. Very disappointing that the management company doesn't consider this a priority.」

「My family and I stayed in room 7 at Nosara Beach Hotel and the room was clean and nicely decorated, with incredible views of the jungle and the ocean from the balcony. The hotel staff is so kind, welcoming and helpful and if you don’t speak Spanish everyone there is bilingual and speaks excellent English. The grounds were beautiful and well kept, pool was exceptionally clean and so relaxing. We ate breakfast there daily, which was included, and it was all so delicious and the coffee was great....
