“When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they had not received payment from hotels.com. We could only check-in after paying again. Since we were tired after a long journey we paid for the room again. Now we a struggling to get a refund. The room was great. A bit noisy because it was next to a busy road with heavy trucks passing late at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. ”

“A really really disappointing stay!!! When we arrived we had to wait about 10 minutes for one of the workers to come and "book" us in. Basicly he just received our payment and gave us the key. On arroval to the room what a disappointment!! Not clean at all. The coffeemugs were stained brown, the glasses dirty. The bed!! O my soul!! The mattress should have been thrown away about ten years ago!! There were no toiletries or aircon as advertised. I had to buy extra toilet paper myself. Even……

“The staff is friendly and nice, thumbs up! Shuttle service from Hotel to airport instructions are clear. Rooms are clean and nice. Only we had some power failure and the A/C wasn't working the correct way. Location was convenient to access highway for business meeting.”

Walking distance easily to the casino, safe and secured with a security gate that will even stop Uber drivers if they don’t have a proper reservation number to pick up someone from the hotel and just across the freeway from the mall. “One O Eight was the perfect stay. The room and property was spotless (the bath in the room was such a night treat), and the staff were all incredibly lovely. I opted for a hotel pickup from the airport as a solo female traveller and it was fairly priced and not much more than an Uber & I really enjoyed chatting with the lovely driver that collected me. The chef was so nice and made me a really lovely vegan meal for dinner and they packed me up a breakfast box for my early departure the next……
