「quite good!」

「The suite itself was acceptable; however, several issues significantly affected our stay. Although a parking address was provided, it was not clearly stated that there is no on-site parking and that the car park is located approximately 100 metres away. As I had a sprained foot and multiple pieces of luggage, this was very inconvenient. If it had been clearly stated that parking is off-site, I would have reconsidered booking. The car park also does not allow in-and-out access. Each exit...

「Friendly staff, clean property, great location, everything you need is at the hotel; bar, restaurant, breakfast, room service. Minor down side; Pool could do with a revamp in some areas. 「The hotel is centrally located and convenient to get to the main street. The room is not spacious, but still it is enough. The facilities are a bit not modern, say limited electronic plugs, but still we were satisfied with it. Moreover, the wifi facility should be further improved as the hotel just allowed one person to access to wifi but not all.」

「Convenient location yet not noisy. Overall upkeep of the hotel is good. Bathroom facility a bit basic and not what one would expect for a 4 star hotel.」

「The only pro is its location, right at the harborfront area with numerous restaurant/ bars nearby. The quality of this hotel is really well below standard. This hotel is always crowded, so if you booked more than 1 room, do not expect the rooms will be nearby or even on the same floor even you have requested in your reservation. The front desk staff will simply tell you they can do nothing as they cannot ask housekeeping the availability/status of the rooms. Some frontdesk staff were really...
