Terrible, not worth your money

I requested to speak with someone 3 weeks before the stay about the possibility of needing to upgrade due to a medical issue. They promised to contact me, but never even tried to reach out. I was told that I could not check in before 16:00. We arrived there at 17:03 only to find the reception area closed. Nobody sent us any notification about needing to arrive at 16:00 exactly. It took awhile to find someone to give us the information about where to get our key. It was windy and -1C outside, and we were stuck for over 30 minutes waiting for help. The apartment was dirty, with dirt and trash on the floor, including used water bottles and dirty tissues. There was mold in the shower. The sheets did not fit the beds. The online form would not let me enter our license plate information, so we could not get our vehicle to the house. The pool was cold and boring. There was no security and 4 teenage boys were running around the changing rooms, fully clothed, being rowdy. As a single woman, I did not feel safe since I was alone. I could hear the conversations in the next door homes. The curtains and sheets had multiple holes and tears in them. When it was windy, the curtains were moving due to the terrible draft. This was the worst vacation home I have ever stayed in and the staff were totally non responsive to my requests for assistance.

Urlaub mit einigen Unannehmlichkeiten im Vorfeld.

Aufenthalt war schön. Ferienhaus war ok. WC leider ein wenig zu klein. Wohn-und Essbereich großzĂŒgig. Vier Schlafmöglichkeiten. Zwei jedoch nur fĂŒr Kinder geeignet.

Luxuriös sind nur die Preise!

Auf dem Bild ist das HĂ€uschen schön anzusehen. Überall Staub und Spinnweben. Möbel total verwohnt. Keine Klimaanlage und keine Isolierung dieser Blech/PlastikhĂŒtte. Morgens hatten wir in der Wohnung 30 Grad und abends 40 Grad. Das GebĂ€ude ist stĂ€ndig am knacken. Klimaanlage gibt es nur in insgesamt 10 HĂ€usern und deswegen sind wir nach 2 Tagen wieder abgereist! Im Vorfeld wurde bereits dreimal eine Mahnung geschickt obwohl das Geld noch garnicht fĂ€llig war! Diese Anlage ist absolut NICHT zu empfehlen!

FerienhÀuser in einem sehr schönen Ferienpark gelegen. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Was man so braucht ist alles in Reichweite! Die FerienhÀuser sauber und gut eingerichtet. Einzelbetten könnten etwas breiter sein! Ansonsten empfehlenswert.

Tipptopp!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt, in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Hunde sind dort willkommen, es gibt jede Menge MĂŒlleimer fĂŒr deren "Hinterlassenschaften", sowie immer genĂŒgend Beutel fĂŒr diese und das gibt nochmal einen Punkt extra 👍. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erwartungen weitestgehend erfĂŒllt

Der gesamte Park ist gepflegt, die Mitarbeiter freundlich und das Angebot fĂŒr uns (2 Erwachsene mit Hund) ausreichend. Unser Ferienhaus war sauber und grundsĂ€tzlich gepflegt, aber manche Möbel hatten schon leichte BeschĂ€digungen, was aber an dem WohlfĂŒhlfaktor nichts Ă€nderte. Leider war das GartenstĂŒck deutlich kleiner, als es die Bilder vermuten lassen. Der Park ist nun 10 Jahre alt, da sollten vielleicht auch aktuellere Bilder in die Darstellung aufgenommen werden. Unser Garten war außerdem ungepflegt: vertrocknete Blumen in den KĂŒbeln, ungeschnittene Hecken und StrĂ€ucher und das Unkraut hat alles in Beschlag genommen. Da war weniger an Erholung zu denken. FĂŒr den Regen und die Schneckenplage kann ja niemand etwas dafĂŒr.

Haus war schmutzig, runter gekommen, Abfluss verstopft und Schimmel in der Dusche. An der HaustĂŒr hat es reingeregnet, wir sind 1,5 Tage eher abgereist. Der Park hatte leider nichts zu bieten bis auf einem Schwimmbad/ Sauna , Mini Spielplatz und Einem hĂŒpfkissen. Mit Hunden musste man außerhalb des Parks gehen.

Sehr modern und komfortabel eingerichtet

Sehr gerĂ€umige Unterkunft, mit eingerichteter KĂŒche und modernem Wohnbereich. Das Bad ist von beiden SchlafrĂ€umen und Flur erreichbar. Beim Elternschlafzimmer ist sogar ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank. Allerdings fehlen dort KleiderbĂŒgel, weil Kleiderstangen vorhanden sind, aber keine BĂŒgel. Alles in einem eine super Unterkunft bei der es an nichts fehlt.

Toller Kurzurlaub

Unser Urlaub war wunderschön. Die Unterkunft war trotz Regenwetter sehr schön hell und gemĂŒtlich. Die Randlage bietet PrivatsphĂ€re und die naheliegende Straße hat uns nicht sehr gestört. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet mit Messern und sonstigen Utensilien. Das Einzige was wir vermisst haben war ein Toaster und ein großer Spiegel im Flur.
