「 The location was excellent and very convenient. The room was spacious and clean, which we really appreciated. The soundproofing could be improved, as traffic noise and the AC unit sometimes disturbed our sleep. Check-in was a bit challenging since we arrived later than planned and had to wait about 20 minutes for a response by email, but once resolved, everything went smoothly. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement. 」

The apartment was spacious, and I appreciated having disney plus/netflix signed into the TV. The check-in and check-out was really easy with an accompanying video and easy lockbox location. 「I was a little hesitant since I didn’t see any reviews, and was bit nervous. However, all that was put to rest when we arrived. Everything was as described and the photos were accurate. It was clean and minimalistic. Nice space for two for a week. Having the full kitchen was great. About 15 min walk to the brown line and 25 to the blue Line and not a lot of restaurants close by is about the only complaint. Bed could have been more comfortable too.」

「All the necessities with no personal touches. Keys from lockbox to open second door were not needed as the second door is always open. Impeccable communication with host. Great location, close to restaurants and train to Millennium Station. Coffee service was excellent, just be sure to find extra pouches in cabinet. Bathtub faucet could not be turned far enough to prevent leaking. TV remote not great and I couldn’t get CNN or MSNBC. I’d stay here again. 」
