「Very good location close to Southern Cross station and supermarket. Very clean. Amenities are Australian standard (basic level but enough for use). The room is comfy, equipped with a fridge. Breakfast really does not worth going!!! I am on discount but still don't find it worthy. only basic cereals, toasts, egg, beans, milk, coffee machine. For AUD 15 (regular price) and with staff serving the food, they should make more variety of food and make it a better part of the hotel service....」

「When we arrived, the lady at reception was so nice. Friendly, happy, informative, helpful and so polite. The property itself is lovely. Our room was out by the lake. It was lovely and quiet. There is a lovely little walk around the lake which we did each morning and night. Overall a great place to stay」

「I had an amazing time from the second I walked into the hotel. The recepter was kind enough to help us get situated and even helped us upgrade to a bigger room for a good price. The room service was good too. I would definitely stay there again.」

「Yes I would stay here again. The staff were so nice and friendly and happy to help. Yes the hotel is a little run down, but the beds are comfortable and at a great price. Having onsite parking makes it all easy aswell and included in the price. The hotel is close to shops and the hospitals aswell which I needed for my stay. Thank you Arden.」

「When I arrived, they had put me in an upstairs room then when the check in staff noticed I wouldn't have been able to climb the stairs I got upgraded to a downstairs room to accommodate my disability which was hugely appreciated」

「The perfect place to stay after exploring the Yarra Valley. We use it as our base after a hard day of champagne drinking at Chandon! Nothing better than to come back to our room and unwind with a spa. Will always be our place to stay whenever visiting the region.」
