「I booked a 4 day stay in a room with a balcony and garden view. However , upon my arrival,I was assigned a ground-floor room facing the street. ( 4m to the street) .The room also had a noticeable musty ,moldy smell, so I refused to accept it. The hotel then offered me a room with balcony and street view for the first 2 nights, informing me that I would tl have to move back to the original for thr remaining nights. As I did not wish to spend my stay in an unpleasant room I decided to leave...

「The bungalows exceeded my expectations with cute arrangements and unique features. The staff were exceptionally and always ready to assist. The secluded location away from the town center made it a perfect peaceful and serene retreat. The daily breakfast was a HUGE bonus. We had the Chicken and Beef Pho daily along with all the other hot and cold dishes. The fruits were so fresh and sweet…made for a great start of the day!」

「Bliss Tam Coc is the perfect place to stay if you want to explore the area. It is close enough to town for bars and restaurants but in the wilderness so it’s peaceful and has beautiful scenery. I will recommend this hotel to everyone!」

「Se nota que es una Hotel nuevo, muy bien ubicado y buenas instalaciones」

「Called front desk for questions and no one pick up. So we have to walk there」

「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was great — the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. everything was perfect. Highly recommended!」

The retreat is very beautiful and lust but it’s so far from the Tam Coc main city, very excluded and quiet property. The bungalow we stayed in was nice but small. We stayed in the 1st one of the 3 bungalows in the same section. The AC didn’t work well and the drain in the restroom smell so badly. The balcony to view the pond is nice but so small we didn’t go out there plus it was so...
