「The house was very clean and the bathroom was very nice and spacious. The owner made entering the house and locking it very easy and accessible. The towels were clean and did not have any weird smells to them. The location from the train station was not too bad averaging about 13 minutes away from each station near by. There were many shops nearby for people to get food and snacks. Highly recommend for those that don’t mind walking and exploring. 」

We went in and out of downtown Tokyo but always had a nice quiet place to come home to! Definitely a place to come back to. 」

「我們在這次的入住體驗非常好。在有問題用電郵向民宿資詢時, 很快便獲得回覆。民宿內, 無論客廳、廚房、洗手間及睡房都非常整潔。個人用品也非常齊備。如果, 玄關至洗手間的通道能鋪設地板, 及在上落2樓的樓梯有左右扶手, 這會更舒適及方便長者入住。總括我們非常滿意, 會推薦給朋友。」

「Had a great weeklong stay at this house. House was clean and well stocked with advertised amenities. The location is great. Everything seems to be a 1-2 minute walk away. Shim-Mikawashima station (Kesei Line) was super convenient and only a minute away. 3 konbinis, a launderette, a great bakery (Bakeries Lab), confectionery shop and restaurants all within a 2 minute walk. The house is located in a very quiet Arakawa neighborhood that was nice to retreat to after loud, busy days in the city....

「一軒の宿泊で大変ゆっくりすることができました。室内も落ち着いた雰囲気でオシャレです。少し布団が薄かったので畳で寝るにはもう少し厚めの敷布団がいいとは感じました。ただ。設備や備品類は充実しておりよかったです。」

「浅草寺までも徒歩ですぐ近くでアクセスもよく、そんな遠くない場所にもうちどめの駐車場もあります。家族づれや、グループ旅行にはとても良いと思います。ありがとうございました。」

「좋았던 점 화장실, 샤워실이 1층, 2층에 각각 2개씩 위치해 있어, 여러명이 사용하기 편하였음. 내부에 세탁기가 있는데, 건조 기능까지 포함되어 있어 유용하였음. 1층에 에어컨 1대, 2층 침실에 에어컨이 2대 설치되어 있어 더운 여름에도 정말 시원하였음. 불편한 점 앞의 좁은 골목과 방음이 잘 되지 않음. 수건 리필과 청소 등의 서비스는 제공되지 않음. 주변 시설 닛포리역에서 도보로 20분. 우구이스다니역에서 도보로 10분 정도로 대중교통 타기에 정말 편한 위치였음. 바로 앞에 편의점과 라이프 슈퍼마켓이 있어 장보기에도 편리함. 기타 입실일 몇일 전에 메일을 통하여 체크인 링크가 전달 되었으며, 모든 절차가 무인으로 진행 되었음. 체크인을 완료하면 도어락 비밀번호를 알려줌. 방 안에서 문을 여는 버튼이 문 오른쪽 벽에 붙어있으니 주의 필요.」

「まさに古民家。剥き出しの天井と小洒落た裸電球に感動しました。急な階段は黒光りして、田舎の家を思い出しました。ベッドや布団、枕も高級で、気持ちよく眠れました。一階のミーティングスペースも広くていいですね。銭湯に何度でも入れる特典も嬉しい！みんなに自慢しまくりました♪」

「this is my first time in Japan. luckily, I found this neat house in Tokyo, Japan. this Vacation house is a real house, which has everything inside. the location is great, 10 minutes walk from train station, which is very important for a group people without a car in Tokyo. the host , Ashley and her husband , are very nice people, they explain everything to us and prepared everything we may need in the stay.
