Easy and spacious parking, comfortable room. Quiet, peaceful and nice area around the hotel, there are several cafes and a huge Montbell shop nearby. Just be reminded that there’s no restaurant in this hotel and the opening hours of the restaurants nearby may not be accurate as stated on google (esp at night). There are two convenience stores in town which may help.

Every staffs were s friendly and helpful during our stay.
The area around was so quiet and relax.
Our room was surprisedly neat and spacious, we have enjoyed much during our anniversary stay.
One thing, per my request, it was our first time in Furano to celebrate our 20th anniversary. It might be nice if the hotel could offer a little gift for our stay.

We had a great stay at Fenix West. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious w a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful Mountain View. We especially appreciate the shuttle services to and from town, which made our trip so much more enjoyable and easy to plan. There is no Onsen in the hotel but there is one conveniently in the hotel across the street, which kind of solve the issue. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel

The surrounding is green and beautiful. Room is spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is beside a green slope, nice view!
Food (breakfast) is good with enough variety - mostly western style.

This host is very nice and he shared a lot of dining and activities info with us. He speaks fluent Cantonese as well as English and mandarin so there is no problem at all in terms of communication. The house is spacious and clean and my kids love it much.

This house is 20 minutes outside furano so set in farmland with lots of lovely fields around it the inside is lovely with all the mod cons and 4, bedrooms it's perfect for a summer getaway as long as you have rented a car. Our family loved staying here
