“Property is nice and clean, manager is responsive and easy to work with. Good communication. Pool is large, toys and equipment included. This is not a five star hotel location, but is in a very quiet, mountainous (as mountainous as it gets in SE Ohio) location. House is a little difficult to find, but it is set back a bit. Air conditioning works great, water pressure is a bit low, kitchen well stocked with utensils and appliances. Bathrooms large and accommodating. Good location for four……

“The house was very welcoming and beautifully decorated. There were plenty of beds available (5). Scenic view of the lake from the shaded yard while sitting on the swing was a peaceful way to spend some time. The marina and restaurant are only a short drive away. ”

“The kitchen is fully stocked, and the entire place is very clean. The peace amd serenity I experienced here were just what I needed after a few trying months. Pet friendly, my dog was in heaven with the pond and acreage to run. This hidden gem is just that, a gem. A little slice of heaven. Do pay attention, and bring food, as its at least 30 minutes to a store. ”

“Terry and Annie were excellent hosts. The Mystic Cottage was in tiptop shape and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked; however, we did enjoy going to the Dockside restaurant, too! Try the French toast or the sausage and cheese omelette And the ice cream sundaes were absolutely delicious! Beautiful Seneca Lake is the perfect location for the cottage. We had a wonderful stay, and we hope to return again.”

“Pros: It is a beautiful property. The pics accurately represent the dwelling, host is responsive, ammenities are plentiful, kitchens are stocked and host recommendations were helpful.Cons: You can't check in a minute early w/o a fee. After an 8 hour drive, I arrived 30 minutes early and couldn't check in. The instructions to get in were not complete (missing a necessary step), so we ended up not getting in until 20 minutes after our check in time when the host texted they unlocked it remotely.……
