Bon séjour.

Calme, bonne isolation thermique. Escalier non sécurisé pour les jeunes enfants ( espace barreaux trop large). Manque de chaises dans la cuisine.

Long week end à 2 familles

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour , le logement était très propre et bien situé entre le vieil et noirmoutier en île tout se fait vite en vélo . Les chambres et les salles de bains sont spacieuses ainsi que la pièce de vie . Cependant il manque quelques éléments pour se détendre comme un vrai espace salon avec table basse et fauteuil pour ne pas être toujours autour de la table . Pour 8 personnes le lave vaisselle est très petit . Petit point à améliorer : sur l’annonce le wifi est noté comme actif hors celui ci ne fonctionne pas du tout et nous ne captons pas le réseau non plus dans la maison . Certes la déconnexion est nécessaire mais désormais tout se réserve via internet et de plus nous avions une personne qui devait travailler par mail pendant ce week-end donc cela a un peu compliqué les choses . Même si les concierges ont essayé avec beaucoup de gentillesse de régler le souci je pense que pour le propriétaire qui paye son abonnement internet auprès d’un opérateur il devrait se renseigner pour que la box fonctionne . Sinon tout était très bien . Sur les services pour 8 personnes : lave vaisselles , fauteuil et la connexion internet
