“We recently visited our son and his family in Scarborough, ME. Our stay at the Residence Inn was excellent. The staff at the front desk, the breakfast area, and the room service was outstanding. We would specifically note the service from David, and both Tims at the front desk, both prior to our stay, when we needed to adjust our reservations (repeatedly due to health and weather and issues) and when we actually stayed at the motel. “The front desk gave us a room that was occupied by others. They didn't know it so they broke into that room. When they changed a room for us, it was not the room type i reserved before. i booked a king size bed and they gave us double bed room. There're stains on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable neither of us slept well.”
