“Sits on a beautiful stretch of a beach but the hotel is extremely outdated and the rooms are small with tiny balconies. Cracked tiles, skinks and furniture. Dining is limited and not the best. Limited water sports and not much to do for kids. Staff is very nice and helpful.”

“This hotel was beautiful. The service was great the food was great the beach and pool areas were great. I have zero complaints.”

“I would like to compliment the staff at the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba – Beach Resort & Casino on my stay. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and appreciated the resort’s atmosphere and accommodations. I would, however, like to offer two suggestions for improvement. First, I believe all staff members should make an effort to greet guests with a smile and a friendly acknowledgment, regardless of their position or location within the resort. A simple smile and greeting go a long way in making guests……

“Very beautiful location”

“the property is beautiful, clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. Favorite spot _ sunset grille for dinner outside 5:30 or 6pm reservations a must! also ask about the Sparkling sunset package - Giovanni is a perfect host and coordinator! My only disappointment is that the beach shaded Palapas are not complimentary to guest and must reserved in advance at an additional cost, it is so hot it is a must have if you plan to be on the beach most of the day. It would be nice to……

“Staying at the Hilton Aruba, has always been the hotel I’ve stayed at it’s clean , beautiful and staff are super helpful !”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“Excellent service and beautiful hotel”

“This was definitely a luxury hotel. Very very clean, rooms were cleaned twice a day. Pool was nice, food was good, not one drink disappointed. My only complaint was the music by the pool sucked, just background music, would of been better with just a general mix of songs. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.”

“一切都十分满意，就是有一点觉得房间空气/有点霉气，员工非常热情，地点十分便利”

“Rooms are dirty, No ac in the room called front desk they said they were going to send someone, they never did on the day we were checking out to go to another place we left a few things in the room before we checked out when my husband went back to the room to retrieve the rest of our belongings a housekeeper was already in the room and he opened the fridge to get our liquor and it was gone when he asked the housekeeper where it was she motioned by putting her hand to her mouth and said she……

“This trip could’ve been a lot better! But communication was not there at all. I missed my flight and call the hotel to check me in cause I was coming in the next day instead. Not only when I arrived around 12, the room wasn’t ready! The front desk took my number and told me she will call me once the room is ready! We drove around town until 4pm and never got a text! So I had to go in and ask about the room, then she proceeded to check us in. We almost missed our spa appointment and they still……

“Great location, Great pool lactation . The facility is well maintain”

“My husband and I loved staying at the Mills Resort. The staff here was so friendly and kind. The resort and the rooms were so clean. The food was all so delicious!! This place is not as big as others, which was perfect for us. We will be returning and recommend this place.”

“La piscina estaba en obra y el restaurante estaba cerrado. No vuelvo.”

“Very peaceful and relaxing place. We were able to have our dog with us. We relaxed at the pool multiple times after time at the nearby beach. Very good location for beach and food options”

“Transported to ann idyllic property. Very clean, bright and beautiful casitas. Even though they have 48 casitas, the property is large. Never felt crowded by the pool. Very quiet. Truly wonderful stay 10/10”
