"The room was neat and clean. The staff were very friendly. Every morning, all the staff greeted us with a smile and a "Good morning," which made a very good impression."

"We'll start with the room. It was noisy. The proximity to the highway and the lack of rooms not facing it made for a tough time sleeping. Additionally, there was a patio door that didn't shut all the way and was held shut with, no joking, foil. The lights in the room didn't work, the phone didn't work, and there was a terrible smell. Outside of the room the carpeting was pulled up dangerously in multiple spots, and there was some sort of flood that had occurred. The carpeting squished as you walked over it, and had been that way for at least 16 hours. During that time I observed staff members cleaning other rooms right next to the flooded area. The elevators were disgusting, having an appearance of not being regularly cleaned. I tried my best to get transferred to another property, but was told that they could not do that. I would not recommend anyone stay at this location."

"I recently stayed at the Hilton Atlanta, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. The biggest issue was the condition of the room. Upon arrival, it was obvious that cleanliness was not a priority. The room appeared poorly cleaned, with noticeable dirt and grime in multiple areas. I immediately brought these concerns to the attention of the front desk, expecting that the issues would be addressed promptly. Unfortunately, despite reporting the problems, nothing was done. No follow-up, no offer to move rooms, and no apparent effort to correct the situation. Being ignored after raising legitimate concerns made the experience even more frustrating. To make matters worse, the valet staff left a very negative impression. Several of the valet attendants were impatient, rushed interactions, and seemed overly focused on receiving tips. Rather than providing professional customer service, their behavior felt pushy and uncomfortable. Guests should never feel pressured when simply trying to retrieve or park their vehicle. For a hotel that carries the Hilton name, I expected significantly better standards of cleanliness, responsiveness, and customer service. The lack of attention to guest concerns and the poor experience with the valet staff overshadowed the entire stay. I cannot recommend this property based on my experience and would seriously consider staying elsewhere on future visits to Atlanta."

"I can’t even say enough great things about this hotel! I am crying in the airport because I don’t want to leave. Literally in tears. Angel at check in was the most professional sweetest attentive start to my fabulous experience with hotel colee! She complimented me every day she say me during my stay. The hotel staff was over the top, from the valet to Sister restaurant! Speaking of the restaurant onsite “Sister”…Ariel sho took care of us the first and last day of our stay while dining there, was outstanding! She remembered my name and my partner’s name throughout the stay. Her energy felt like family. I can’t compliment her enough and she truly made me feel so welcomed. The hotel is well maintained and such a hip esthetic. They even had a live violinist playing one day on the lobby. He was awe inspiring! The small touches like a pitcher of fruit infused water in the lobby to complimentary fruits there too and bottled water in the rooms throughout the stay, wow! The hotel smells lovely in the lobby, the rooms, the halls everything is clean and comfortable. The decor and art throughout the property is just perfect vibes. I will be back in October because of how much I enjoyed myself this week! Keep this up hotel colee! You and your staff made our week stay special! Thank you! Xoxo, Samantha M."
