“Spacious room with balcony overlooking the pool! Very friendly staff. ”

“Lítil þjónusta. Enginn starfsmaður á staðnum nema i morgunmat.

“Apparently when you reserve a room, you receive an email that has the gate code for property entry and another code for the lock box for key to the room. We didnt receive the email and at 7 pm no one is anywhere to help you. The cell phone signal doesn't exist out there. So make sure you have everything and email with codes or it will take up to 4 hours to finally get the codes for rntry”

“Had an amazing experience Staff was awesome and very helpful”

“I particularly enjoyed the breakfast here. The ingredients were fresh and the bread was excellent. However, out of the four coffee machines in the breakfast area, two were not working, and at times as many as three were out of order. The front desk staff were generally very good and were eager to help me with matters such as bus routes, making change, and arranging taxis. What also left a strong impression on me was that the local ecology seems to be well preserved. There are a cat, chickens,……

“Pros: * super friendly staff * good location Cons: * no restaurant - the hotel emailed us 6 times before our stay. Not a single time did they let us know their cook had quit so they closed the restaurant. This was one of the reasons we had picked this hotel. * no AC - the air conditioner wasn't working in our room with 90F weather. As it blew hot air, I turned it off and asked them to fix it. So insulting, they told me it worked, I just had to find the remote and turn it on! So I called……
