"Pros: The pool, though not heated was a fine temperature, great views of the mountains from the pool terrace. The rooms are massive, the beds are really big! There are 2 massive tv's that we didn't use. William was really great and checked us in at 1.30am and gave us very late check out! The grounds are the stand out of this place, table tennis, tennis, all equipment, trampoline, lots of place to sit, BBQs, a massive table under cover with lights, a speaker for tunes. Hotel JS Palma Stay - Adults Only

10/10 Excellent

"I was not expecting this hotel to be as good as it was for the price ! In the heart as a base for all surrounding places to visit. Everything was easy getting about down to the staff helping you. The breakfast was plentiful , the spa and full size pool was excellent and all free of charge with a steam room gym and jacuzzi! The staff were outstanding in helping you out and even when checking out made it simple to still use all facilities untill departure time! Def return to this hotel outstanding!"

"Location is good.The suite I had was large and well appointed. The best rain shower I have experienced and I travel a lot. The staff were always approachable, friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet was large and well appointed. The only minor point was the buffet is self serve which is normal but not the coffee (which was excellent). If you try to pour yourself a cup of coffee you get reprimanded .There is no sign saying that only staff can serve coffee and there should be. I stayed at the hotel for 17 days and everything was consistently excellent."

"I wish i was there for longer! the hotel was clean, the pool area was nice and quiet with comfy beds to relax on, the food was tasty and a good portion and the breakfast was amazing, the staff were very helpful and helped recommend places for dinner, the room was clean and cozy, although a little noisy since it was facing the road but i would stay here again if i were to come back."

"The ameneties were great the free breakfast had so many options and was delicious. Our bed was 2 twin beds pushed together which was kind of annoying and uncomfortable. But overall beautiful views great pool and beach chair area. They offer lots of activities as well! Would come back. It was a little far from things so having a rental car is a must if you want to explore the island at all. Had no issues parking."
