“The property looked new. Marlon, the host, supplied the kitchen with an assortment of pots, pans, utensils, and silverware. The property was close to a main street; numerous restaurants and a major, grocery store were located less than a mile from the property.”

“The hot tub was broken our entire trip. We could not ever get hot water for our shower. We were told to let water run for 15-20 minutes! That is such a flagrant waste of precious water and should NOT be allowed. We had to sign in to internet DAILY and sometimes ThAT was not working either!? Many times during our stay the elevator did not work. We assumed we would have a balcony but did not. We sat on the 3rd floor hotel balcony only to be locked out! It was 3 in the afternoon. Washing machine……

“Please be prepared to pay LOTS of hidden fees at check in on top of the Expedia price. This is not what normally happens to me with Expedia. This hotel charges lots of fees on top of the Expedia price. Also after I was checked in had other people access the room..without my knowledge ..l was shocked to find other people in the room after I had checked in after returning to the room. With the price I paid he too was marginal. Wouldn’t stay here again sadly unless I get a some sort of……

“I may rent this again next year! Very clean, cute little apartment like condo, the couch is a pull out and the black sofa turns into like a mini bed. Theres tons of extra comforters and pillows. The kitchen has pots and pans, you'll need to bring a baking sheet if you normally use one and house shoes because of hardwood floors and traking sand in. The owner was very nice and texted back pretty quick.”

“Such a cozy little old house with so much character and decorated so cute! But most important- so clean! Although I did not use the kitchen for any cooking, it is equipped with all the essentials needed for any meals that you may want to prepare. The bathroom is a little on the small side but functional, the lighting is BRIGHT and PERFECT for makeup application! The bed is very comfy, too! This home IS located just a few short minutes from the beach- which is convenient for any beach……
