「3 people, booked two rooms, travelling from the UK.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. After a long trip, they'd asked if we'd like to get our rooms on the same floor (booked two rooms) which is something I didn't consider but welcomed.
Rooms and ensuite were clean, towels and ameneties readily available. Didn't use the TV but channels worked (largely localised/regional channels).
Due to the weather, didn't use the AC or heating but they provide a bed throw in the drawer.

「This has been an extremely unacceptable and distressing accommodation experience. I made a reservation for a 7-night stay, yet on the morning of the second day I was forced to check out and cancel the entire booking. To date, I have still not received any refund for the unused nights.
This level of service and handling is completely unacceptable, and I have never encountered such an unprofessional situation before. I request that you process my full refund immediately and provide an explanation...

「Our room is spacious with 2 double beds and a large closet. The staff at the reception is helpful and welcoming. The cleaning staff we met on our floor also greeted us warmly.
There is a cafe connected to the hotel with good matcha latte and sandwiches, ideal for breakfast.
Although it is not a new hotel, but everything is clean and works well. It will be perfect if a smart TV is available for watching youtube and Netflix.」
