「The staff are helpful and friendly. They were always willing to help with things beyond their responsibility, like recommending me with good restaurants nearby, looking for day tours for me and helping me to store my luggage after I checked out! Brilliant hotel with very nice staff!」

「Some in-room utilities were broken (kettle, heater, washing). Reception is open too late.」

「Important note, you can only check in between 4-7 pm. This is made clear to you through their online site, but it was apparent many people didn't see this. The front desk is not staffed 24/7. Check in was easy with English as a first language, if that is a concern of yours. The place we booked was clean and quiet. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything, and more, that you could need for the duration of your stay. Ample onsite parking is included and it is secured after 8:00...
