「This was the perfect place for a last minute getaway with my husband. The longest waits were for the elevators and at valet, but if you bring your patience you'll be amazed at this gem. Granted, we came during off season, so I'm sure it's a different story during peak. Either way, we found a friendly staff, clean facilities, and easy accessibility to everything we wanted! 」

「If you’d like to stay at the Ritz and enjoy the amenities at a discount this is a great option. You will certainly be paying enough at the hotel restaurants on top of parking and the resort fee so it’s great to save money on the room. It’s a great option for the price but just be aware the room could use a deep cleaning. The main issues were the bathtub drain is clearly blocked and drains slowly, the bathroom vent is disgusting and full of dust and the floor wiped up brown when we had a spill so...

「I did not use the pool because we did not have pool towels and I do not know if they were available. The room came with a queen bed and 2 small pillows. For me and my wife 2 pillows each to sit up in bed and watch TV would have been better. There were 2 bulbs out in bathroom and sink aerator was clogged which lowered water pressure to a trickle. I removed the aerator while I was there. Only 2 small shower towels which should have been bigger or more absorbent. The bathroom had no counter or...
