"I loved the location since the theater I was going to was within a five minute walk. I also really enjoyed the breakfast voucher we received because the breakfast at Friedman's was delicious."

"Classic Kimpton service all around! Loved the rooftop for breakfast and happy hour. Plenty of space in the lobby for co-working or small group Door Dash dinner. Lovely 5 p.m,. wine hour. We were there during Cinco de Mayo and they offered refreshing Margarita's as well. Bellman were super helpful with deliveries and the private car option costs the same as UBER. Do yourself a favor and book it in advance with the bellman! Rooms were typical NYC size, efficient and clean. The only area for improvement is the bulky ackward seating for the desk area. Not efficient -- so did most of my remote work in the rooftop or lobby area. Close to everything, yet secluded enough to not be in the Times Square craziness. Loved our stay here!!"

"I appreciated having a roll-in shower, but the floor was covered with water when I was done - perhaps a small lip can keep water in the shower. Room was fine but we missed having a chair to sit in and a small body lotion available in the bathroom along with washcloths - we got them the next day. The staff and ease of getting around with my walker was very good. All-in-all, I would stay there again."

"Great location to Broadway shows & Time Square. Coffee shop downstairs and speakeasy are great, awesome food! Our main issue is the noise. The walls are paper thin, we could hear the conversation of the people next door. At finally called front desk at 11:30pm and they did nothing about it (they said they would call their room but they didn’t). The room was “surface” clean but needed a lot of extra TLC. For $800, it wasn’t worth it even in NY."
