“The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast had variety and was good. The elevator was pretty gross. It smelled and looked dirty.”

“We stayed a few nights in this hotel and had a subpar experience. We found things in the couch and the dishwasher was still loaded when we arrived which put us off to the cleanliness of the room. We had a neighboring room with a dog which provided an ample amount of barking during our stay. We also had an issue with the hot water where it would only work if we ran the sink and the shower at the same time. When we informed management of this they said that was normal for their rooms. “Rooms were dirty…we had to be moved after we seen our first room. The air didn’t work, tv remote didn’t work and room was filthy. We were then told the only available room was a queen suite with fold out couch. We went to look at it and it was dirty. The desk clerk then said he had one king suite he was saving to sell but gave it to us anyway. The bedding we had for the fold out couch had huge holes throughout the comforter. When we asked for a new blanket, we were given a mattress pad because……

“The location is perfect for wanting to be close to all of the downtown action, bars, restaurants, etc. the apartment is very nice and well equipped for any length of stay with the full kitchen and laundry. The whole reservation, check-in and check-out process is really easy. Overall, it’s the best value and experience I’ve found when compared to other options.”
