“The Host was very open to all my questions and concerns. My mom and I came into town for a concert on Saturday night. We stayed Friday - Sunday. I am thinking that the host was new to the VRBO world. There were a lot of little things that needed to be addressed concerning the amenities in the apartment. Host was receptive to our suggestions. “Location is great for restaurant/bars and UT Austin conference center access. Very clean, well appointed. Easy check-in. Great communication with host UNTIL the morning after the first night (2 night total stay), when I discovered the blow dryer was inoperable. I immediately notified the host with a request for a replacement - I have long hair, it’s was sopping wet and I had a business event in less than an hour. I heard nothing else from them until the morning of checkout when I received an……
