“Flora was very communicative. Cabin was clean. My husband is 6’4 and the shower is very small with the shower head at chest level for him. Other than the size, it works great and had plenty of hot water. The Kirkland soap, shampoo and conditioner were great too. "The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
