"I booked a standard room, but I was given an accessible room. The mattress was terrible—the springs were sagging, and it stank. Plus, the room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it reeked of marijuana. I definitely do not recommend this hotel."

"The property was under construction. The housekeeping was not cleaning up after the construction crew. Whitney the night receptionist did not notify us that the elevator from the second floor to the third floor that was operating. However, when we got to the elevator, it had a sign that said use the elevator to the second floor and then walk to the third floor. We are handicapped. When we went to ask the receptionist about it she said oh you can use the elevator. Ignore the sign. So because she was too lazy to remove the sign she was making people walk from the second floor up the stairs to the third floor."

"This is the second time we stay here due to it being conveniently located next to the airport. This time we asked for towels they never brought them up next day same thing didn't ever bring the towels until the 3rd time we called. We stayed 2 nights and they never cleaned our room. The continental breakfast was pretty bad as well. "
