「Great restaurant and bar but both are closed on Monday and Tuesday. When you book, stipulate that you do NOT want the room (104) next door to the kitchen on the far end of the hotel. An unfortunate location with a forgotten entry area and view of the trash dumpsters. Room was spacious and clean but the location was extremely disappointing and we were put there because other rooms hadnt been cleaned.」

「I actually never left a public negative review and was polite about my experience privately. That’s why receiving a condescending text from management afterward was honestly surprising. Asking guests for feedback and then responding with pseudo-intellectual quotes instead of professionalism is a strange approach to hospitality. The issue was never “refinement” — it was simply the guest experience. A respectful “thank you for the feedback” would have gone much further than an arrogant response...
