「Hands down my favorite casino hotel experience to date!! This was our first stay here and we were very pleased. The room had a LOVELY soaking tub in addition to a shower. We have allergies and chemical sensitivities and it can be difficult while traveling to find some place that is scent and allergen free. I do not know if this hotel is hypoallergenic but nothing triggered any reactions in us. This is rare as most hotels use fragranced cleaners or air fresheners. This one did not seem to and...

「Suite was pretty clean and spacious. Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is a nice addition to the hotel amenities. I would just say that it would be nice to have maybe one additional option for coffee creamer. It was all free, so not a complaint. Street noise was bad though. But overall, great hotel. Would stay again, maybe on the quieter side of the hotel.」

「Booked a QQ- Suite on Expedia specifically. When arrived they gave us a K-Suite and said Expedias reservation came over as a King. Showed them my reservation with QQ-Suite on Expedia. They said sorry we are sold out here’s a roll away bed. We aren’t sure who screwed up but no one wants to take the blame or make it right.」

We received a text at 2 pm indicating the restaurant, lounge/bar and room service would not be available for the remainder of the day.
