The front desk contacted their manager and they told them to tell me to contact Expedia since I booked through them and they would grant the refund. “We arrived later in the evening and had no trouble checking in. The Night Clerk was friendly and professional. I was pleased to find the hotel as a whole, well maintained and clean. The Hotel has sizeable parking areas that can accommodate cars, trucks and some trailers. All rooms are accessed from secured hallways. Our room was very modern and very clean. The only issues I had was we did not have the coffee maker listed in the room ammenities and the toilet seat was loose. Overall a nice……
