“The property was clean landscape very good The staff was pleasant, the one bed room unit was clean & organized. My only concern was I didn’t have a functional TV. I could not change it to my preference. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.”

“The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left.”

“If it's broken don't expect it to be fixed any time soon. After a rough check in I was greeted that evening with a toilet that ran non stop. If that wasn't bad enough I had to endure dogs fighting outside my window all night. I reported the toilet issue and it took 2 days to get "fixed". Right on the heels of the toilet issue, the AC in my room quit working. I reported it the next morning, it wasn't fixed until I was back in the states 3 days later that i was notified it was fixed. “beautiful view, grounds well keep pool very clean. twenty-four-hour security, staff very helpful, easy access to main road. Condo has all basic cooking utensils, nice beach towels, washer dryer in good working condition, AC units all working properly and cooling as designed. The owner is availed by phone and lives close for any problems. ”

“When we got off the plain it was an 1hr or so drive. The property was not noticeable once we were in the area we drove around another 45 minutes looking for the place when we finally arrived we could not enter someone finally let us in the property date where does the gated community then we waited another 3 hours to enter the property as the lady stated it was our fault no one was there for 3 hours once in the property it was not clean they had to send a cleaning crew the next morning all the……

“Close to the entertainment and restaurant area”

“Hotel under construction. No check in area at entrance had to go across an open platform 10stories. Check in was on 2nd floor in a small office. List of things we found, elevators smell of weed. Lack of lights in hall way. Door to room looked like was broken into with shady lock, dead bolt not working. Ceiling tiles moldy. Kitchen stove and microwave old and rusty, kitchen cupboards old, dirty paint stripping, pots old and black, bathroom door vent rusty, no wash cloths, towels stiff and old……

“Our 7 night stay was great! The room was clean, the location is walking distance to everything and it has 24 hour security. Our host made sure we had everything we needed and was only a text away if we had any questions. Highly recommend if you want to experience Jamaica and its culture. We will be back ”
