“Fun hidden gem just a few miles from Ohio Stadium. We were a party of 9 in town for OSU graduation, and this was a perfect house for us! Bathrooms and kitchen were like new and super clean, and the pool table and theater room were great for our down time. Spacious second floor deck with fire pit was awesome for the evenings. Location would be great for an OSU football game as well - we Ubered just a couple miles to 17th and High, and then walked to the stadium from there. Highly recommend!”

“This is a very cool property. Tracy was so sweet and really helped me out when I needed to make something for my nieces wedding. The room was so darling and the location could not be beat because your right by High Street, which has all the little shops and everything but you’re also by the river walkway. I was able to walk to all the different locations for my nieces three day wedding celebration. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“Great service! They were prompt, polite, and very detailed. For the future, I suggest getting a larger water filter and a higher-capacity ice maker machine."”

“The sheets and pillowcases had numerous stray hairs all over them. I had to remove and wash before using the bed. The wash cloths and towels were very dingy and spotted. The curtain rod in the bedroom had fallen so anyone could see into the bedroom the first night. Then without any communication it was fixed by the time we got back. Someone had entered the property without notice.”

“Area is close to downtown with about a 20 min walk to Convention Center. Great feature was the parking on site and the full kitchen.”

“I am extremely disappointed with my stay. Upon arrival, it was clear that the apartment had not been properly cleaned. The floors were sticky and dirty, there was hair throughout the unit, including on the bed, stains on the towels, residue on the shower curtain, and items left behind in the washer. We ended up having to clean the apartment ourselves just to make it comfortable enough to stay in.What made the experience even more frustrating was the complete lack of communication. “The apartment was clean, kitchen seemed minimally supplied but was ok for us as we didn’t plan to cook. It was right next to the hospital so it would be a good place to stay if you need close access to that facility. Hospital noise was not noticeable during our stay. The air conditioner unit in the main area did not work on a 90 degree day, which we didn’t realize until we got back from our event at 1030 pm. Thankfully the bedroom unit did. No hand soap in the bathroom. I did not receive check……
