The owners thought of all the little details, so don’t fret if you happened to forget a toiletry- they have you covered. We drank wine by the fire table the night we were there- so nice & relaxing. “What a delightful place - we stayed here for roughly a week as we moved our daughter into a downtown Dayton apartment and we could not have been happier! The location was ideal and everything was clean and exactly as described. Lots of wonderful attention to detail and respect for guest comfort and the house itself is absolutely charming. Would not hesitate to book again - thanks for everything!!”

“We had a wonderful stay in yellow springs. The place had a great little porch to sit and enjoy our coffee and relax. Inside was very clean and comfortable. The hosts put together a great guide for the area and we found it to be very helpful. We had a very small issue with accessing our room, and the host was quick to respond and walk us through. “We rented this home because our son was getting married nearby and the size was perfect for allowing the groomsmen to stay as well. House was clean and spacious. Outdoor space was great, but really did not get used much as the weather was way too hot. The air conditioning went out the first night there, but Danyel responded quickly and had someone out the next morning to fix it. Check in and check out was super easy. “We were visiting family and found this house to be a very comfortable place to stay and visit. Children from 4 to 15 enjoyed the theater and game rooms. The kitchen and Parris bedrooms were also big hits for the themed decor. There’s a nice big living room for sitting around and talking and we enjoyed walking to breakfast.”

“The house was perfect for a anniversary get away. The bike path was very close and easy to access. The links they owner provided for local recommendations for dining was excellent. Many places were within walking distance and we felt safe walking home in the evening after eating dinner out and enjoying a few drinks at The Cob And Ear bar. The links also made it very easy to know how to enter the home and what needed done at closing which was very simple. We are planning on returning next……

“Super clean, super friendly managment, very well rwnovated and organised space, awesome pool and the bonus of the game room. This house had everything we needed for our 10 day stay in Dayton Ohio. The fact that it is in a walking distance to a park and a large shopping center was also really beneficial. I highly recommend staying in this house when in Dayton Ohio.”
