“Room was great. Concierge was helpful. The restaurant was disappointing (missed room service order, without attempt to rectify). Flight landed around 2100, ordered room service around 2300. Waited 45 mins without delivery, called the restaurant only to be told that order wasn't processed and nothing could be done (not even a beer) because kitchen was closed. A little disappointing considering Marriott is supposedly a premium brand.”

“We arrived later than planned @ 0300 and our King room was given away and we were put in a (2) dbl bed room. Gentleman at desk did not seem concerned. First time we've had an issue with a Marriott property. ”
