「A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.」

「I can’t say enough about this property. Location can’t be beat! We spent tons of time in the North End so so everything was mins away. Also mins away was the North end station and Haymarket station so everywhere else you don’t want to walk to is short ride away. The place itself is incredible, I swear it seemed like we were the first ones to ever stay there it was so clean and up to date. Every bed was clean and comfortable with large TVs in every room.
