"I have been to Bayside quite a few times. It never disappoints me. The bartender was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very neat and updated. There was a slight language barrier at the front desk. We would definitely stay again."

"the restaurant on the property was not open. no elevator to my room. i had to walk up a flight of rickety run down dirty stairs. the room had sand all over the floor. condition of the room was old and needed an upgrade. when asked for a late check out i was offered to stay until 1pm for a $150 extra. was charged a $50 resort fee off season, insane price. "My husband and I were attending an event in Falmouth and even though we live locally, we booked the Iris to avoid nighttime traffic driving. We know the area quite well and considered the Iris based on reviews and honestly, the price. We were so glad we did! The hotel is clean, safe, location is perfect - close to downtown yet away from the traffic there. We were pleasantly surprised by a refrigerator and microwave, along with a keurig coffee maker and local coffee kcups. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus with plenty of options. Of note, should you need a place to stay because someone is inpatient at Falmouth hospital, THIS is the place to stay!"
